Warakurna Artists and Ngaanyatjarra Media worked together to produce an interpretive short film for the Yurlyia Gallery located at the Warakurna Roadhouse.
Ngaanyatjarra Media staff member Anna Cadden worked closely with budding local film maker Cynthia Burke.
A segment of the short film has been uploaded to IndigiTUBE. The women artists of Warakurna tell the story of the Blue Tongue Lizard Dreaming and the kids listen, and respect the country's story, and dance at the end.
The music played during the piece is by the Warakurna Band and sung by Mark Golding.
